Cute never worn polyester mini skirt from Vixxsin. It has small star detail on the front and zippers on each side. It's really a unique piece and not a common brand here in the States. It would be super cute with a corset and loose crop top or a baby tee. Measures 14.5" across and 13.5" top to bottom. It comes from a smoke free home. I do have a parrot if you are allergic let me know I will clean the items as best I can.
