Rare Vintage Weathervane candle stick

Robert Emig 1236 b vintage cast iron weathervane candle holder. This is a super rare unique peice. I believe it’s from the 40s. It does have some spots on the top where the candle goes that has some of the metal showing. See pics but overall it’s in pretty good shape. It spins, and I’m not sure if there was a glass peice that originally went with this or not.
