Rare Vintage Velvet dress by Jordan fits small to medium

This is a beautiful piece of vintage 80s dress. It’s in great condition and if you want to flip it you can but I definitely would wear it like this. It’s vintage 9/10 size but in modern sizing it will fit small-medium. It’s made of stretchy velvet fabric. Rouched top and back. Dress length from the shoulders to bottom of the skirt 58 inches long. Waist 28 inches. Again it’s stretch. You can even buy a silver belt to add a nice touch to it. Really pretty dress. No rips or stain. Ready to wear.
