This is a super rare Examiner in a green diamond textile with vintage chestnut leather trim. This was a very limited run. Solid brass hardware, made in America, worn but has plenty of life left in it. Repairs are needed/available for this bag.

Wow!! I have *never* seen this pattern before. Gorgeous and yes rare. Question: you say repairs available. Can you say more? Not sure I understand.

@radiodaddy it was a limited edition pattern! As for the repairs, I had it assessed for repairs awhile back and everything wrong with the piece is fixable. I didn’t repair it at the time because I had a canvas Examiner to use instead.

@bulley so limited I’ve never seen it before. A new Ghurka for me to drool over. 🥰 Question: what kind of place does this kind of repair? I have another ghurka— an express no. 2— that needs some love also.

@radiodaddy the factory that made the OG Ghurkas still does the repairs in Norwalk, CT

@dukeraoulduke yes, the shoulder strap is attached and functioning. In the photo, I have it on but folded up resting on top of the bag between the handles. That’s how I keep the strap on and carry it as a briefcase.
