This vintage sweater poncho is amazing & festival ready! No tags, fits like a ladies M-L. It does have arm holes & a tie closure. Detailing is beautiful with birds & edge stitching!!!!! I'm not sure of the materials - feels like a stiff wool blend? Measurements: Shoulders = 25.5" edge to edge (although it's meant to be worn a little big) Length = 31.5" to top of fringe Length = 35" to bottom of fringe
