Lip Service Rare Vintage 90s USA Plaid Dress

Rare Vintage 90s Lip Service Punk Goth Bondage Y2K made in USA blue plaid fitted mini dress. I don’t often use Rare, but I searched a bunch and have not seen this dress in the blue color. Dress has cool O rings and cones with 2 detachable snap straps that can be hung any which way you like. Last pic shows dress without straps. Very good condition except Both dress straps have slight separation and need to be reinforced with a few stitches, see pix please.
