Rare Velvet Elegant Cassie Skirt

This awesome black velvet and silver studded pencil skirt is from the Lularoe Elegant Collection. It has a hidden square print in the velvet and is in excellent used condition. I believe it was worn only once. This one is great for elegant or formal occassions but can also be styled casually if you desire!
