Purchased in Italy for what is equivalent to $378. Will take the highest offer. Made in Italy. To replace the lenses the drill mount (rimless) frame would have to be put together by an optician. The lenses are not for sale, only the frame is. The lenses come with the frame. I've original tags for this item somewhere in the storage, but so far I have not been able to find them.
