Rare Tommy Hilfiger strapless dress

This beautiful dress was bought in Italy from Tommy Hilfiger; I don’t believe it can be found in the US. In excellent condition - there is a small discoloration on the front left that is barely noticeable (see picture). Size 2 but runs small and fits closer to a 0
