Rare Seiko sweep second pulsometer watch seiko 5S21-8A19

Seiko watch from approximately 1990. Very rare sweeping second hand that runs off of a secondary spring drive movement. This watch is commonly referred to the 'doctor watch' and was used to easily keep track of a pulse. The watch face is scratched, everything else is in good condition.
