Rare Royal Doulton "The Drummer Boy" Home Office Bone China Decor Figurine

This is a magnificent rare Royal Doulton "The Drummer Boy" bone china figurine by Mary Nicoll. The Drummer has brown curly hair and is wearing his traditional soldier outfit in red, white and black coat, black pants and boots, also black, white top hat with a large traditional military crest in front. He has realistic features with his detailed face which has some bruising. He is resting sitting on a tree stump with his leg on top of the drum, cleaning debris out of one of his boots. This is truly a spectacular piece.
