Rare Peplum Top w/ Gold Cuban Link Chain Halter Neck & Turquoise Stone Necklace

This Halter top has a deep V-neck, it ties behind the neck & adorns many blue turquoise stone crystals wrapped in gold wire as a dangly built in necklace embellishment. The bodice has built in padding like a bra. I don't know the fabric but it feels like it might be a rayon and/or crisp cotton... perhaps it's a blend. Underarm to underarm in front is approx 17" (34" bust) and there is elastic in the back to adiust to your size. The bottom hem when fully stretched at ruffle edges is approx 20" across.
