This is rare because it is from 1998 and not 99. It is brand new and never removed from package. It was collected on a shelf. It is the Christmas Elf doll from Best Buy. The front says Best Buy and he is wearing a red Santa hat. The back says holiday 1998. Comes from a nonsmoking and pet free home. Trying to help pay for my dads cancer bills. Prices are negotiable.
