Lilly Pulitzer wastebasket likely Y2K era. The can itself is plastic and the print seems to be a vinyl type of wrap. Measurements in photos. Has been cleaned and is in great condition for its age and intended use. There is a rough spot on the rim and the print has a white streak (I assume a printing flaw). Both shown in last two photos.
