Rare KATE SPADE framed bag. Signature stripe black and cream patent leather

Beautiful patent leather framed bag with luggage brown leather strap and luggage tag. Metal feet on the bottom. Metal is in great condition. Not dull or scratched. Bag is pre owned in very good condition. There is a mark on the back of the bag (see pics). Lining has some minor signs of wear. Markings (no rips or tears) Inside has 2 slip pockets and a large zip pocket 15” long by 11” tall. 3 inches deep.
