Rare IIF 80’s Western Glam Cowgirl Skirted Peplum Dress.

Super rare vintage 80’s peplum western cowgirl suit dress. Shoulder pads that mean business. V neck with a front zipper starting at the skirt part. Pencil skirt style with back elastic waist band. Has a combination of shiny western panel inserts, see through mesh, and rhinestones. This dress screams 80’s western glam. Back center vent. 100% rayon. Great condition with the exception of a run on the mesh near top of right shoulder which gets covered somewhat by the color. Hard to notice while wearing. Size: 6 (fits like a Sz 2 to 4).
