Rare Handmade Skater Circle Skirt Drawing of a Lady Size M

The skirt looks to be handmade. There is a drawing of a woman around a floral motif. The fit is like an A-Line, skater, or circle skirt with some pleating and lace at the bottom. The material feels like cotton, just slightly more, tough, somewhat like a soft canvas. It may be Hemp, but I can't be sure. The inside lining appears to be cotton. There is a small tear in the lining near the zipper; see photo. The first set of photos reflects the color. It's an off-white, cream/ivory color.
