Rare Editions, size 5 dress

Rare Editions, size 5, blue, yellow, black and white floral dress is so cute for back to school this Fall! This dress has three quarter sleeves made of very soft cotton black and white striped material. Matched, with one small black button in the back and ruffles on the bottom and sleeves. There is a sweet flower detail on the right hip. This cutie is in great condition.
