Rare Editions girls dress, size 12

Gorgeous blue and white striped summer dress. Brand new with tags. Has tulle underneath skirt to make skirt flow out a bit. Beautiful tie detail in back. Bought from Dillards for a wedding but weather didn’t cooperate. Smoke/pet free home.
