Rare Dear Creatures Sweet Caroline Dress

Dear Creatures Sweet Caroline dress. Discontinued brand once sold on ModCloth with lovely 1950-1960’s designs. Waist is 16 inches, bust 18, length 35 (flat measurements). I love this dress and this my second time to own it. Unfortunately it has been hanging in my closet since I rebought it. It deserves more love that that because I know how rare it is!! Reasonable offers considered. Great used condition— I am only seeing one flaw (pictured), a small snag near the waistline in the front right side.
