Rare Chico's textured vest - unique & beautiful XL

This beautiful vest is a combination of cotton (vest body) with acrylic, nylon and rayon stitches/designs. I love this vest - it's interesting and comfortable. It's not a long vest - it's about 20" from shoulder to bottom. Hits around the waist which is one of my favorite styles. Chico's size 3 which is equivalent to a 16/18 according to the Chico's size chart (see photo). There is nothing binding so the fit is free and easy. So many uses - very flexible and refined. Awesome!
