Vintage strapless Betsey punk label wiggle tube dress. Fits above the knee can be worn higher like a mini skirt. Made of beautiful thick fabric and is super opaque. The satin lining on the mesh peplum has a slight brown hue to it but besides that dress is in amazing condition especially for being almost 40 years old.
Tagged one size and seems accurate, has lots of stretch and could fit an xs-xl.
