Rare 1950's Glacier Ware Pitcher Cooler By Aldco, Clinton, Conn. Made In USA.

How fabulous is this rare, very unique, new and never used Glacier Ware pitcher cooler. The set has three parts; a glass pitcher with a black plastic lid fitted with a clear plastic stirrer, a gray insulated magic capsule, and a stainless steel container. How to use 1. Place the magic capsule in freezer for a minimum of 6 hours before use 2. Just prior to guests arriving set the frozen capsule in stainless steel container. 3. Mix up to a quart of your favorite cocktails in glass pitcher. Add ice cubes and stir for required dilution. 4. Now, set pitcher within the capsule, and, Presto, thanks to this unique cooling concept, your drinks will be chilled to 25° within minutes and stay chilled for 5 hours. How to Clean 1. Always wash capsule in lukewarm water and dry completely before placing in freezer. DO NOT machine wash! 2. To activate capsule, place it in freezer, carefully dried, open end up, for not less than six hours. 3. After washing and drying, store capsule in freezer to insure readiness for re-use. The Glacier Ware Pitcher cooler is ideal for chilling white wine too and comes in handy for keeping iced coffee and iced tea at full strength.
