Rara Avis by Iris Apfel Boho Turtleneck Dress, Tiered Ruffle Sleeves, Size 1X

This is an absolutely beautiful turtleneck tunic dress. It is tiered ruffle overly long sleeves with a beautiful design throughout. It is black but the beautiful oranges and reds to come through. One small area on front where stitching has separated but there is no hole. Not noticeable when on but is shown in pictures. Nylon, Viscose, Elastane material. Very soft!
