Raquel Allegra Tie-Dye Print Midi Dress

NWOT and no signs of wear as it has not been worn. Gorgeous dress that doesn’t fit my mannequin very well. There are cut outs on the left and right side of the waist. Measurements are bust 31 inches, waist 22.75inches, hip 30.5 inches, length 45 inches. Fabric is 100% cotton. This designer has a sizing system that’s all their own so please rely on the measurements for fit. I would say this would fit a medium very comfortably or a 6-8 dress size loosely but not too loose.
