Randy D. Tate Tabby Cat on Cheese & Mouse Pull Toy, Figurine, scratches

This is a pre-owned wooden cat and mouse pull toy, designed by Randy D. Tate and made in the Philippines by Midwest of Cannon Falls. The cat is gray and black striped with a brown collar and a bell, with slight scratches on its back (see photos). The cat is on a cheese-shaped platform with wheels. The mouse is attached to the cat by a string. *Not an actual toy*
