Ramraves Custom LGBT Pride Rainbow Dress Skirt XS/S Tulle Halloween Costume

This is a one-of-a-kind dress that was worn during NYC Pride. It features layers and layers of tulle and has an elasticized top band. You can wear as a dress or a long skirt, depending on your height. It comes with the blue crinoline to add even more volume if desired. PLEASE NOTE: The inside of the garment is not constructed super well and in places isn't fully stitched down; it looks great from the outside, but please don't expect perfection or for it to look good on the inside.
