Rampage black and gray dress size 7 NWT

Black and Gray keyhold Ramage dress, NEW WITH TAGS. Does not include belt - it has the little strings to hold belt. There is a small area in back where bottom of zipper starts - it may need a stitch there. Really pretty just never fit me. Pencil skirt length dress.
