Rampage Retro Style Swiss Dot Skirt Black

Super cute Swiss dot vintage style Rampage skirt with built in crinoline. Some pulls at the waist from hanger (shown). Easy to tie off and fix. Flat waist is 14”. This would be perfect for the rockabilly look, a ‘50s costume or just to wear out. I feel bad it’s been buried in my closet for so long, but it will not fit me.
