Ralph Lauren Spring ‘16 Parisian Chic Collection Italian Stripe Crewneck Sweater

Made in Italy, Spring ‘16 Runway Collection, tres Parisian, red & blue stripe knit sweater. Luxe polished mercerized yarn gives this piece a luxurious feel from top to bottom. Simple crew neck with self ribbed trim, shaped short sleeve, tapered fit, hits at the hip. Fabric/care tag has been removed but my guess is silk acetate blend that would be dry clean only. It is soft and supple but with a substantial hand. Wonderful lustrous finish. Very gently worn, nipped in waist, some nuance to fabric, see pics. Lovely statement piece, perfect alone or layered for any mild season. I love it paired with a white wide leg trouser, but it’s equally nice with a tweed blazer and wool pencil skirt, or a pair of great khakis. Wonderfully packable piece, perfect for a cruise, or Springtime in Paris.
