New in box (box is crushed a little at the top front but didn't damage shoes at all), soft Ralph Lauren crib shoe, white with light lavendar pony accents on shoe bottom and outer side, white shoe laces, size 4 (according to back of box, size 4 fits babies approx 9-12 months).
