I'm normally a 0 or 00 which means I can still get away with buying from the children's Dept. Which happens to be cheaper. This is still adult looking Abd looks great with the colors. It's a drop down elastic waist that looks like a drawstring waist. Bust: 17" elastic drop down waist (hips): 15" to 21". Straps: just under 1". T back: 1.5". Top of strap to bottom: 51" long. Made of 100% cotton. Ombré look blue to green.
