Ralph Lauren full skirt tiered layered Doen style

Beautiful full floral skirt. Can wear it around your waist or across your chest as a one piece dress. Elastic waist, no buttons or zippers. I’m a 38 waist and 42 chest. It has lite fraying and I think it’s supposed to be like that (Doen style).
