I can't go any lower in price this is like a brand new dress it's never been worn. it was just too tight across the chest for me otherwise I would have kept it. I didn't do an offer to you cuz it requires me to do a shipping discount which for the reduces how much I'm getting from it I'm taking the big lost as it is. I hope you decide to get this dress at this price you can just purchase it out right
