Ralph Lauren black cocktail dress with v-neck and ruching

I’ve worn this dress twice to two different holiday parties. It’s a perfect little black dress. It goes just past the knees. I am 5’4 for reference. It’s in wonderful condition, and it has a good amount of stretch and give it to the fabric. It’s double lined. The sleeves are 3/4 length
