Beautiful Ralph Lauren necklace! Silver hardware Blue ribbon necklace wit extension clasp closure RL is etched inside the stone and on the end of the clasp dangle (as seen in picture) A bit dusty behind the stone, unsure what it is made of it could be sapphire, glass or some sort of stone.
