This is a Ralph Lauren top with cream trim and 3/4 sleeves, One of the sleeves has a small pocket with the Ralph Lauren emblem on it. 2 gold buttons on each shoulder In good used condition. Bust measurement is 18 inches and even though the tag says large I find this fits more like a medium or a size 8
