This Ralph Lauren Smocked Pink and White Seersucker Toddler Dress size 9 Months is adorable! The front bodice is fully smocked and has pink and green embroidered flowers throughout. The arm openings are lined with a light apple green delicate ruffle which matches the cotton ruffle slip that peeps beyond the hem of the skirt. A matching tie- back sash allows for a perfect fit.
