This Ralph Lauren Smocked Chambray Blue and White Seersucker Toddler Dress size 18 Months is adorable! The front bodice is fully smocked and has pink and green embroidered flowers throughout. The arm openings are lined with a light pink delicate ruffle which matches the cotton ruffle slip that peeps beyond the hem of the skirt. A matching tie- back sash allows for a perfect fit.
