regarding the Blazer what is the chest measurement directly under the arm holes and across the front when it is fastened and laid flat

Hi! The waist is 15” layer flat across, the inseam is 28” from crotch to bottom, the blazer is 21 1/2” layer flat from underneath one armpit to the other. Hope this helps! Thanks for stopping by my shop.
