Snug fitting but with some stretch Surplice top wraps around chest and dress has ruching around midsection. Zippers up back. Extremely flattering. The ruched middle hides a problem tummy and the surplice wrap top fits any size bust. Classy cleavage :) It hits just above knee on me and I am 5'2. Navy lining, the sequin/sparkle layer is almost a mesh like overlay, and photographs beautifully. Worn once for a few hours. Excellent condition.
