Ralph Lauren Sapphire Blue fitted dress

It’s a sapphire blue form fitting dress. It has a cowl neck and one side of waist is pleated. It’s a cap shoulder. Cowl neck has a weight on inside to keep the lining from coming out. It’s fully lined and made of 95% Polyester and 5% Elastane. It’s also machine washable. From the shoulder to bottom it’s 41 inches. I only wore one time.
