Raku Pottery Vase with Rim signed by Les Mitchell

Beautiful Raku pottery vase with rim. Splashes of color peek out from dark, carbon-colored finish created by the burning material the hot pottery is immersed in after firing. Leslie Mitchell signed bottom of vase and the small brochure accompanying it. Purchased in the 90s, this vase has no chips, cracks or damage. It needs light shined on it to best display the vibrant colors. The last picture(collage) shows the same view, more light on vase on the top Pic, less on the bottom pic. Approximately 9" tall
