Tai Boho skirt knee/above knee length. Stretch waist and inner liner top half of skirt matching fabric. Loved it. Lost weight so while free size or one size fits most it's a little oversized for me(4/6) now. It's in excellent condition skirt very forgiving, lots of floaty flounce. Lying flat waist is 14" across or 28" around. Stretches easily to 17" -18" or 34-36". Best for sz 8 to 14 +
