Raincoat Black Polka Dots

This is a simple girls raincoat. It is hooded, which is lined with dark pink cotton fabric. The jacket is a black background with various sized circles in pinks, greens, blue. Front snaps. Front pockets with Velcro. Body and arms of coat are unlined. This will not keep a child warm.
