Rainbow tiny top hat with feathers 🎩

This top hat is adorable. Please note that it was made years ago so it has a slightly yellowing patina. The rim is covered with rainbow jewels making this normal top hat stand out. Has two large white feathers on top and a white rose on the side. Underneath it has two white ribbons to tie on your head as well as a hair fastener. One of a kind.
