Rainbow maxi dress

Beautiful rainbow maxi dress, almost has a tye dye feel. Only worn for one event and dry cleaned. Material is almost like a dry fitish, so it's great for warm weather, super flowy and fun. Can be worn on or off shoulders. Shoulders and waist have some stretch. Comes with a belt (same rainbow colors) that is detached so you don't have to wear it if you don't want to.
