Rainbow Striped Maxi Dress- Brand New without tags

This dress has never been worn. Rainbow striped maxi dress. Light material. 100% Polyester. Hand wash cold. Is a size small, however, if you have a broad back, it may feel very tight around rib cage. Has very little stretch. When laid flat, band at rib cage measures at 13 1/4 inches...almost no stretch. Absolutely stunning on, didn’t fit. This would make a great dress night dress, or for a wedding or night out for drinks.
