@stacyedick Hi I added a size chart to the pictures for reference. I think a small would be the best fit for you. For The top I go by cup sizes. Extra small is a cup, small is a b cup, medium c cup ETC.
Yes I do make these items myself. I could make a romper for you. Because this fabric is so expensive it would probably cost between 90 and $100.
