Rain boots by Capelli, size 8

April showers ! Tall, black with white polka dots and hot pink trim and lining, rain boots by Capelli. Good condition. No cracks. Buckle area has some whitish marks if you look very closely. Reposhing as they just were slightly too small for me and I am bummed out. These are cute, cute, cute!! Previous owner stated they were probably worn not more than 4 times and I didn't wear them at all.
